SoftChalk Cloud is a software for teachers to create a web-based curriculum. The platform gives users the ability to combine content with other sources. I created this SoftChalk for my 8th grade math students on our chapter on Scatter Plots and Data Analysis. I included an overview and objectives as well as all the information for each lesson covered in the unit. I was also able to attach videos and a question at the end to check for understanding.
LiveBinders is a neat online resource to use for organizing files. This 3-ring online binder can be used to share remotely, combine uploaded files, and put website links all in one place. Users are able to add titles, tabs, and a front cover image to diversify their binders. This resource would be very useful for educators, administrators, trainers, businesses, or just for personal use. I created a LiveBinders for my 7th grade math class. The online three ring binder includes the summer assignment, the online supplement link, the syllabus, and the Chapter links needed. The links include external videos on the chapter topics, activities, quizzes, and the chapter test.
Prezi is an excellent tool where individuals are able to create presentations to visually share information. It is easy to create and share interactive slideshows that makes it fun to connect with viewers. This resource can be I used Prezi to create a presentation on 1:1 Computing.
